Ormandy says that CTF is full of flaws which can be exploited through applications that rely on it to display text on screen.

Microsoft has brought the August security release that patches as many as 93 vulnerabilities, including 29 issues rated Critical and 64 marked as Important. As NLA requires authentication before the vulnerability can be triggered. If you have automatic updates enabled on your computer, you're already protected.

CVE-2019-1181 and CVE-2019-1182 - two RDP unauthenticated remote code execution flaws that can be widely exploited through worms, without any user interaction.
