"The Investigation: A Search for the Truth in Ten Acts" - hashtag #TheInvestigation for those tweeting along - is billed as being "ripped from the pages of the Mueller report". The reading is adapted from the report by Robert Schenkkan, whose play The Kentucky Cycle won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1992.

Viewers can expect John Lithgow as Trump, Kevin Kline as Mueller, Joel Grey as Jeff Sessions, Jason Alexander as Chris Christie, Alfre Woodard as Hope Hicks and Annette Bening as the narrator. Mark Hamill, Sigourney Weaver and Julia Louis-Dreyfus are also slated to participate, according to Deadline.

For one night only on Monday, June 24, stars will perform a live reading of passages from the Mueller report for "The Investigation: A Search for the Truth in Ten Acts", which can be found here on the Law Works website.

Air force pilot dies after Eurofighter jets collide in northern Germany
Some 400 Eurofighters - made by a consortium of Airbus, BAE Systems and Leonardo, are in service with militaries around the world. While one of the pilots is reported to be safe after the incident, the other one did not survive the crash.

The report was released to the public, with some portions redacted, on April 18.

The Law Works is an organization that advocates for bipartisan legislation and educates the public on the workings of the United States judicial system, including the role of the special counsel. A copy of the redacted report has been atop the New York Times paperback nonfiction list for eight weeks, and is now in 17th place on the Amazon.com books best-seller list. Though the report presents evidence of potential obstruction of justice by President Donald Trump, spoiler alert, it doesn't come to a conclusion because of a Department of Justice policy prohibiting the indictment of a sitting president.

A 208-page satirical graphic novel version of the report is also under production from cartoonist Shannon Wheeler and journalist Steve Duin.
