We're set to get some new Death Stranding news very soon - and I mean "next hour or so" soon - but rumours and leaks are already popping up everywhere.
With the release of a new trailer, we finally have more information on Death Stranding, including a close look at its gameplay and, most importantly, a release date. Both take place in a post-apocalyptic society, each in their own way, and Hideo Kojima is long known to be a fan of sci-fi, action, horror, and thrillers, so it it's not a far reach to guess that these titles may have influenced, in some small way, Death Stranding.

Death Stranding got a bunch of brand new gameplay today revealing that the game will release on November 8, 2019. America has a female president who is trying to rebuild the country by enlisting the help of a character named Sam Porter Bridges, played by Norman Reedus, who doesn't seem to give a rip about rebuilding anything. The developer also says that he hopes that by playing Death Stranding, players will "understand the true importance of forging connections with others". They can work together by sending each other supplies, share safe houses and even be able to see where other players have been. The game isn't a walk in the park as trailers have shown babies in tanks, masses of dead animals, and terrifying, supernatural monsters.
Death Stranding will be released on November 8, 2019 on PS4. Kojima has also confirmed that the game will have themes of anti-war and it will be anti-nuclear weapons too.
