Chase's tweet about financial advice on Monday backfired

Chase tagged the tweet with the hashtag #MondayMotivation, and the post drew quick backlash, including from the MA senator and 2020 presidential candidate.
Chase bank sent a tweet for "Motivation Monday" that depicted a fictional conversation between a customer and their bank account, with the account holder asking why the balance was so low.
Customers continued to slam the company on Twitter after the response from Chase.
The backlash came thick and fast with Senator Elizabeth Warren, a long-time critic of big banks, pointing out that JPMorgan Chase received over $25 billion in taxpayer money as part of the government bailout in 2008.
