"It's basically pornography", Burch said in support of his motion to prevent release of the videos. Police say those cameras captured Kraft twice paying to have sex with spa employees in January.

"The irreparable harm that will happen to Mr. Kraft ... will be absolutely catastrophic", Kraft's lawyer William Burck told the judge, pointing out that the court has yet to even have the opportunity to decide if the video was obtained legally by police.

Kraft was charged with two counts of solicitation as part of a multicounty investigation that also resulted in about 300 male customers being charged, 10 massage parlors being closed and their owners charged with felony prostitution.

Florida prosecutors offered to drop misdemeanor charges against Kraft in exchange for fines, community service and an admission that he would be found guilty if he went to trial.

Burck said releasing the video would only satisfy a "prurient interest".

Police have built a case on surveillance video from cameras they secretly installed in the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida, in January that reportedly shows the National Football League owner engaged in graphic sexual encounters with the employees of the outlet.

Attorneys representing media organizations said sealing the video would be a violation of Florida's public records law, which could hurt future cases.

Instead, Judge Leonard Hanser asked all parties to submit proposed orders in the case by Tuesday.

The latest development in the case has occurred today, as his legal team is now in court trying to make sure the video of Kraft in the spa doesn't become public, according to TMZ.

Kraft's attorneys filed a motion to suppress the video in March, further suggesting that police did not have a valid search warrant to collect the video as evidence.
