Federal Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari branded United States Ambassador to Kabul John R Bass, a "little pygmy" in a high-level diplomatic Twitter row that erupted over ongoing peace talks between Washington and the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Mazari was particularly incensed, firing back with a torrent of insults that both encapsulated her rage over the US' hypocritical relationship with Afghanistan, and called out the American official for pretending to understand cricket.

Although the Foreign Office clarified that the PM had referred to Pakistan's model where elections are held under an interim government.

Later on, reports surfaced in media that the US summoned Mohib hours after he criticized US Special Envoy Zalmay Khalilzad for bypassing the elected government of Afghanistan in their direct peace talks with the Taliban.

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday said that Pakistan has no link to Jaish-e-Mohammad, "There is no place for terrorists in Naya Pakistan".

But shortly after U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan John Bass issued a tweet rebuking Imran while alluding to his past as captain of Pakistan's World Cup-winning cricket team and numerous cheating scandals in the sport involving Pakistani players.

Former president Hamid Karzai said, "Repeated comments about Afghanistan's future government is blatant interference in our country's internal affairs".

Khan has promised to help to find a political settlement to the long-running Afghan war.

"But at least for five years after the peace deal with the Taliban, we all - that means the global community, the U.S. and the Afghan government - should be ensuring that at least for the next five years there should be worldwide donations".

Three things that contribute to those returns are interest on unpaid balances, fees for things like late payment, and complexity. Other responses in DeLong's thread have expressed frustration with Apple not adhering to these rules even if it doesn't have to.

For years, Afghanistan and the United States have accused Pakistan of supporting the Taliban as a way for Pakistan to limit the influence of its old rival, India, in Afghanistan.

Ghani regime was further isolated when nearly all senior political leaders including Hamid Karzai, Haneef Atmar, Younas Qanooni, Mohammad Mohaqiq, Atta Mohammad Noor, Ismail Khan, Hekmatyar's Hizb-e-Islami and over 50 other political leaders sat with the Taliban political envoys in Moscow in February.

"The Afghan government was a hurdle in [the] peace process that was insisting that Taliban should talk to it", Khan was quoted as saying by the Express Tribune newspaper.

Shut out from the peace talks, Ghani has faced pressure from political rivals to step aside and allow a caretaker government to take over, a suggestion he has rejected. Although the deal hasn't been signed yet, the sides reportedly have agreed to a certain framework and made "meaningful progress" in the talks the last time they met.

The Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan had earlier suggested an interim government setup in Afghanistan to help end the impasse in Afghan peace process.

Zalmay Khalilzad has already started another visit and Qatar is included in his March 25-April 10 trip.

The Special Representative will meet with the Allies and partners regarding the status of peace talks and to coordinate sustained commitment by the global community to peace and development in Afghanistan.

Critics on Tuesday said that the reported act by the USA officials to quit the meeting shows that Afghan officials should remain curious about their remarks on issues which are related to the national interests of the country.
