Apple often launches products and services in the weeks following an event.

Despite the fact that Apple has been working on its original content for nearly two years, sources indicate that most of the company's movies and TV shows are "still in development", suggesting that little, if any, of Apple's original content is going to be show up at launch time. As my Cult of Mac colleague Buster Hein wrote in his recent summary, we're expecting to see a new 10.2-inch iPad, iPad mini 5, and new AirPods in the near future.

Apple has been suggesting a planned video service for a long time, spending $2 billion in Hollywood to create its own content and signing major stars such as Oprah Winfrey.

Finally, a paid-for news and magazine subscription service is also likely to be unveiled, integrated into the Apple News app, but again that may not launch worldwide immediately.

Ardern declined to discuss more details until she'd talked to her Cabinet, the group of top lawmakers that guides policies. The AR-15 was used at Port Arthur, as well as a number of high-profile mass shootings in the United States.

This year, Apple could only concentrate on the new news and video streaming services instead of hardware, so we don't think there will be a hardware announcement at this time.

The TV service is expected to launch globally, an ambitious move to rival services from Netflix Inc and Amazon.com Inc's Prime Video.

Just days after Apple confirmed its March 25th "show time" event by sending out invites to members of the press, a new Bloomberg report helps to shed light on Apple's short-term plans for its TV service. Apple's Tim Cook had noted that services will be crucial for the company, as iPhone sales slow and hardware innovation makes the once-annual upgrade less of a draw. It seems like this will be relaunched as part of the News subscription, similar to how Beats Music was the basis for Apple Music.
