The singer who rocketed from obscurity a decade ago on "Britain's Got Talent" competed on Monday's "America's Got Talent: The Champions" ― and wowed again.

But it was Mel B who had the night's Golden Buzzer and before she pressed it, sending confetti streaming all over the stage, she said. "Your angelic voice and I want to be the woman who gives you something you deserve", Mel B said after pressing the button.

The X Factor legend also added: "I can't think of any other contestant who has defined this show better than you". You're the one, you made a huge difference in a lot of people's lives.

A third wrote: "I pray you win the champion".

While the Buzzer will advance Boyle straight to the finals, she'll still face some stiff competition from the show's other acts, including several former AGT winners like magician Shin Lim and ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer.

Boyle, 57, first appeared on "Britain's Got Talent" in 2009 and won over audiences with her rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream".

The first episode of America's Got Talent: The Champions just aired and eight acts were sent home on night one.

The Scottish star made it to the final but came in second second place to Ashley Banjo's dance crew Diversity.

Despite not winning it all, she credits the show with helping her "fulfil the dream I've had since I was 5", and in the process selling over 20 million records and becoming a household name.

"A champion for those who maybe don't have the confidence to do things, for those who don't have a voice, the ones who people tend to ignore, I feel like I'm a champion for them", she said. However, all the attention catapulted her into the spotlight, where she released her debut album I Dreamed a Dream.

"It's great to be back", Boyle, declared just before she was given the stage to impress the audience with her voice.
