It turns out that not only is Emma Stone a major Spice Girls fan, she actually changed her name from Emily Stone to Emma, in part, because of her love of Emma "Baby Spice" Bunton.

We're not sure if someone has let Stone know that tickets to the Spice Girls tour sold out in minutes yesterday but she'll surely be able to find a way to see her favourite artists on stage again.

The remaining members' interview with Jonathan Ross will air tonight in the UK.

"It's going to be unusual, you know, because none of us can watch the Spice Girls on stage but she will be able to", Chisholm said of Beckham during an interview for Heart Radio. I saw them at O2 Arena in 2008, and they recently announced a new tour and I will be going to that somehow.

"But she did raise the point that she was never actually asked".

"No we did!", Bunton exclaimed, while Horner said Beckham was "busy with her fashion and she has moved on".

'I spoke to her 2 days ago, before the announcement and she's said it for years that she just does not want to do it anymore, so we knew that, ' Geri confirmed Mel C's words. "The philosophy of us is that we are a band, on and off the stage and we care for each other, we support each other and we support her and she has been a huge part of our lives and we care about her, so it's all good".

Gerri also added that Victoria didn't particularly like the performing side of things either, so it was hardly surprising that she didn't want to start doing it again.

"We realized that a while back, that she didn't enjoy that so much", Emma adds.

Now Beckham's bandmates have revealed that they technically didn't ask her to join the tour.

Mel B said: "I'm always hopeful".
