The unidentified diner lashed out after walking into a service area at the restaurant in Santa Ana, California, prompting the worker to tell her that she was not to be in there.

The suspect in the pink top entered the McDonald's from the employee back door and asked for ketchup.

The video shows a second employee trying to pull the suspect off the manager before she stops to give what appears to be a receipt to a customer at the drive-thru window. Police said they hope to find the man, but clarified that he is not in trouble, according to KTLA-TV.

"When the store manager said she could not be in the building, the suspect became combative", the release said. Anthony Bertagna, of the Santa Anna PD, told Los Angeles news station KABC.

The woman had apparently asked for ketchup when she placed her order but didn't receive it in her bag.
