Brad Pitt has had enough of the custody drama going on between him and ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

But the couple could still reach an agreement out of court as a source familiar with the situation but not authorized to speak publicly said both sides "are still working together to find an out-of-court settlement".

His children are his priority and he really can't wait for custody battle to be done.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce and custody proceedings are not the most relaxed separation happening in Hollywood right now. Pitt responded with a filing of his own that November, seeking physical and legal custody of the children.

The trial scheduled for December 4, will likely behind closed doors and not at a public courthouse, according to the wishes of the two estranged couple.

The 54-year-old later hit back at the mother-of-six, as he claimed that he paid over $1 million of child support since their split.
