Boris Johnson, has been kicked out of his home by his wife and the couple of 25 years will split after Johnson's wife, Marina Wheeler, accused him of being unfaithful to her again.

In a joint statement, Johnson and Wheeler said they separated some time ago and divorce proceedings have started.

Despite the impending divorce process, speculation still remains as to whether the former foreign secretary is vying for the top job in Government.

According to the tabloid the couple, who have four adult children, 25 years of marriage break up for the third time. "We will not be commenting further".

Johnson has four children with Wheeler.
