Rodman, who Trump said last week had not been invited to the summit, has been public about several trips he's made to North Korea to meet with Kim. I want to see us get along. And today is a great day for everybody. "And I think that people see now that I do care what's really going on and that's why I'm over here".
Rodman said: "It's a great day".
Rodman most recently traveled to North Korea a year ago as a private citizen.
The basketball player is in Singapore for the summit, but the White House had said he will play no official role.
