Ms DelTondo was suspended last November from the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School. The incident allegedly occurred in February 2016, and DelTondo was found with the student in a parked auto at 2:00 a.m. near Aliquippa hospital. Police noted in the report that "the windows were steamed over and the engine was not running".
Inside was DelTondo and the teen.
The report said DelTondo "didn't want her fiance to know" she was with the boy, claiming he was a friend. She was an elementary school teacher but was suspended months before her death.
She defended herself at the time by saying that the pair were just talking and that the teen was no longer a student.
She begged officers not to tell her fiancé "because he would get mad".
No charges were brought against DelTondo over the incident, and police drove the teen home that evening.
