Meanwhile, Andrea Constand, Cosby's main accuser at his retrial, is set to take the stand Friday to tell a new jury about what she alleges Cosby did to her at his home in 2004: She says he drugged and molested her.

During the first trial, Constand said she first met Cosby in late 2002, when she was the newly hired director of basketball operations for Temple University's women's basketball program and he was a university trustee and the Philadelphia school's most famous alumnus.

A woman who says she was sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby in 1984 called him out as a "serial rapist" in court Wednesday.

Thomas said she came forward with her allegations in early 2015 to support other women who have accused Cosby (60 in total), not for the attention. "I definitely would have trusted him as well".

Holding up a copy of her book, Mesereau cited passages in which she described rebuffing Cosby's advances in Lake Tahoe, then "popping two Quaaludes and going to sleep" alone in her own hotel room.

But one new detail has already emerged in the form of a settlement Cosby paid to Constand in 2006, according to The New York Times: $3.38 million.

The first accuser testifying at Bill Cosby's retrial is telling jurors she wants to "see a serial rapist convicted".

Beyond his mantra that Constand - who laid out the details of Cosby's alleged abuse on the stand last summer - was in it for the money, Mesereau flew in the face of the courageous sexual assault survivors who've added their voices to #MeToo and implied that the "current climate in America" would make it impossible for his client to receive a fair trial.

After her daughter was born, a DNA test confirmed Stallone was not the father, Dickinson said, adding "thank God". He now faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault, each punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

As they began building their case against Cosby, prosecutors chose Thomas as their first substantive witness.

Feden asked Constand, "Were you able to verbalize and tell him to stop?"

During cross examination Thursday, defense lawyer Tom Mesereau suggested she was motivated to distort the facts of a fun evening when she heard about a possible $100 million windfall from Cosby.

Cosby then assaulted her, touching her breast and rubbing himself against her leg, Lasha said. Though Lasha'a attorney Gloria Allred has called the information irrelevant, Cosby's defense attorney Jaya Gupta said the conviction "bears on her veracity".

Baker-Kinney, a bar tender in Reno at the time, said she passed out, before waking up the next morning naked in bed with him.

Yet the three counts of aggravated indecent assault involving Constand are the only criminal charges to stick against Cosby, with most of the alleged abuse too long ago to prosecute.

She rejected a defense lawyer's insinuation that she would do anything to help the comedian's chief accuser, Andrea Constand.

"Today I put my hand on a Bible and swore", Dickinson said.

Over dinner he allegedly handed her a blue pill she thought would ease menstrual cramps, but which left her feeling "out of it" before Cosby raped her, leaving her "humiliated".

In her testimony on Tuesday, Thomas went on to relate how a flight was arranged to Reno in April 1984.

Bill Cosby's defense lawyer ferociously attacked Thursday the credibility of a celebrity model who says the disgraced megastar raped her in 1982, sent her roses in rehab and made her want to punch him. "I was a good girl and he took it all away".

Under cross-examination, Cosby defense attorney Kathleen Bliss sought to poke holes in Thomas' account by citing a media interview in which she said Cosby was "mounting her".

With Constand living in her native Canada by this time, they went to the Durham Regional Police in Ontario and later told her brother-in-law, a Toronto police detective.

Dickinson, 63, is the fourth accuser to testify at Cosby's sexual-assault retrial.

"I have little snapshots of the next four days after that", she said.

The Associated Press doesn't typically identify people who say they're victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Lublin and Constand have done.
