Earlier this week Google revealed 2 different Blockchain projects it is working on. Google makes it clear that transferring money is free; however, that most likely only applies to transactions using a bank account, as most transfers in apps like Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc., charge a small fee for the use of credit cards.
