The Kansas Highway Patrol says 13-year-old Cristian Guiterrez-Portillo was not wearing a seatbelt when the vehicle he was in wrecked and rolled several times. The truck then fell 25 feet before landing on its top. It landed on an embankment next to the railroad tracks below on its top.
